Don't need to say much about this place their name speaks for itself they have good food clean fast and friendly

Good food hot and fast. Very clean, bathroom was too. Staff very friendly. I would recommend this zaxbys.

Pretty nice and had good AC. Bathrooms were spacious and kept well even during lunch rush when I was in there.

I was confused with another restaurant... The burgers was great!!...

Service here was friendly and welcoming. Very clean restaurant. Boneless wings were over cooked...just too dry and too much breading. My grilled chicken burger was rubbery...processed, pressed chicken breast.

Not crazy about meal options and a bit pricey but food is good and people are nice and helpful.

This location can get pretty busy. Service is always friendly. If you are there at sunset, it's got a nice view at the back of the parking lot to watch it. The zax sauce is the best!

Customer service was great. The food taste great. Unfortunately, my root beer tasted awfully disgusting! I first got one from the drive thru. So I thought maybe the machine for drive thru would be different from the machine for dine-in customers. But the soda from that machine was awful too. 😑Very disappointing. And I vomit twice. 😷Please change out the soda or clean the machines, something!!! Please

Worst food.we got it to go got back hotel it was wrong I ordered grill chicken it was 4 small fried chicken strips on bread ,I called she said return it I get refund my husband went return it and they wouldn't give him refund they gave him grill chicken well I already ate snacks my room so he trashed it.bad service didnt give refund like we ask she said she was. Food not good.i never eat there and dont recommend it.

They didn't have the bone-in wings and are expensive for fast food, but the sauces are good and staff was nice.

Worst zaxbys I've been to. I'm from Missouri and this zaxbys is 100% worse than any in the Midwest. The fries were uncooked and chicken somehow was less tasteful than walmart frozen chicken

Not enough workers. Very slow tonight. Drive thru was long. So we went inside for take out.

Its good food, lots of salt. Staff was very blunt. Seemed like everybody hated their life or was too cool to be slinging chicken.

The chicken nibblerz i had were good but my fries were under cooked , kinda disappointed but service was nice .

It's okay! Chicken fingers were good but not even close to worth the 6.99 they charged for 3 of them with a piece of toast and stale fries. Won't be going back....

I've never loved the food here, but it's not bad. The bummer is they don't have milkshakes any longer. Those were good. My chicken salad sandwich was pretty good, and the sweet tea was very good. The lady who waited on us was terrific.

Salads are big they're fresh and tasty. My favorite place to get salads better than any other fast food place.

Love love love Zaxby’s Chicken. Every time I go there the food is fresh and the chicken is cooked perfectly. The staff is very nice, attentive and fast.Always get my order right and have smiles on their faces. Bathrooms clean and the smell when you walk in the door is to die for. I highly recommend Zaxby’s Chicken to chicken lovers. My family loves this place.

Good chicken salad with a good portion of chicken breast and a very reasonable price.

They never get my drive through service right. The price is expensive. They charge for extra sauce.

My first time trying Zaxby’s and it was yummy. We parked and went inside so I could take some more time looking at the menu and it looks so cool inside, everything was clean and organized. Customer service was exceptional! She was very friendly and you could tell she was a people person. The military discount is fantastic as well, thanks for a great first visit!

Delicious food The service is fast But eating salt and without sauce

The food and sauces are really good. They didn’t have bone in wings though, and that was all I wanted, specifically their bone in wings. We got boneless which are basically nuggets and meh. But good sauce.

Super sad to see they got rid of their shakes, the banana pudding shake was the bomb! I really like their chicken tender meals and the sweet & spicy wings. The service is usually pretty good and the food doesn't disappoint! A higher class fast food joint, I'd say.

Good food if you like fried chicken. Place is usually very busy but they are good about moving people through quickly.

It's okay, greasy and overpriced. I don't understand why these are popping up all over the place around here, if they are trying to compete with chik-fil-a they really dont stand a chance in quality or price for what you get. Tiny bone in wings are a disgrace for the price, and the boneless stuff is basically overpriced chicken nuggets. Again I really don't understand what the deal is with them.

Most expensive fast food anywhere. That's why only one star. It's actually fairly tasty but $12 per person is just outrageous! You can eat for maybe $9 per person if they have light appetites. And then they nickel and dime you to death charging you for the sauce that they deliberately give you almost none of. There are lots of other places to get great chicken for less than half the cost.

Staff is nice,food is always fresh and plentiful,their seasoned fries my grandbabies love them 😋
